Two new technology start-ups have recently launched at The Business Enterprise Center's (BEC) downtown Corvallis incubator. Pywnt Technologies LLC (pronounced Point, www.pwynt.com) provides geospatial mobile computing solutions for the industrial market. It was founded by local resident Rob Davis this April. NGC Technologies (www. ngc-technologies.com) is a systems engineering and product development company that was founded by OSU graduate Robert Stemp. Both traded-sector companies are generating revenue and are looking forward to expanding in the next year.
The BEC is the mid-Willamette Valley’s business incubator located in downtown Corvallis. The BEC mission provides advising, physical office space to start-ups and entrepreneurs, and its community Roundtable events. Over its 20 year lifespan, the BEC has helped over 180 companies.
