The City of Corvallis Benton County Economic Development Office responds to about two dozen site selection inquiries from the State of Oregon annually. These site selection inquiries come from companies outside of Oregon and the US. Our office is required to respond using Oregon Prospector. If your site is for sale, and you would like your site considered for these site selection inquiries, please contact our office with pertinent details and we can help you list your property. Site selection requests often come with criteria (electric capacity, sewer capacity, etc.) so it is important to have all data updated and available for the listing.
Corvallis Airport Industrial Park
The City of Corvallis Airport Industrial Park is leased by the City of Corvallis Benton County Economic Development Office. We have current tenants and space for many more tenants, depending on your needs. Most land is currently bare and ready for development (utilities are likely available). A sample of lots available can be seen in the map below, however lots can be combined or any can be configured together in one lease.
